When I'm stressed out my Braxton Hicks always get WAY worse. If you have no bleeding and you feel movement (are you at movement stage yet? Is this your first?) you should be fine.

And the myth that Braxton-Hicks don't hurt? Yup, it's a myth. I had them so badly with my second that I couldn't walk when I was contracting. I also had what the doctor called "an irritable uterus"; I had false labour about four times because I kept getting really bad (labour-unrelated) pains. You may be experiencing the same thing.

If she causes you stress, I say to not have contact. You need to protect YOU and your baby.
